Parents of the groom are Kristin Juliar of Bozeman Montana and Steve Juliar, formerly of St. Clair. Witnesses were Jacob Juliar and Mi Yeon, both of Seoul, Korea. Silvija Lovic is a graduate of Minnesota State University. Timothy Juliar is a graduate of St. Clair High School and a graduate of Minnesota State University. Following a trip to Ka’anapali, Maui, the couple is home in Redmond, Wash.
