Position Title: Group Leader Shipping
Company: Carlson Craft Social
Position Type: Full Time
Location: North Mankato
Position Description: Shipping Group Leader must be able to assist in daily production and meeting the goals of the shipping area. Act as a resource/key person for the area. Field questions regarding work flow, specific orders, and employee concerns. Support the supervisor and the company in decisions and provide follow through. Pay Rate:
Required Skills: Good leadership and communications skills. Ability to multi-task and problem solve. Good decision making skills. Desire to grow as a leader. Familiarity with CC Social product lines helpful but not required. Must be able to build rapport and work in a team environment to achieve department goals. Available hours: 10:00a-6:30p
