The RN Urgent Care/Express Clinic Coordinator under the general supervision of the Director of Clinical Services oversees the day-to-day operations of the department(s) he/she is assigned. Assists the Director in administration and management of meeting goals and objectives set forth by the Mankato Clinic’s Board of Directors and Administration.
Requirements
RN degree and 3 years or greater experience in a leadership/management level position at a health care institution. Nursing license and current Minnesota nursing registration required. A thorough knowledge of medical practice, dedication to patient satisfaction and an ability to work effectively with patients, physicians and other staff members. Basic computer skills and excellent communication skills required. BLS, ACLS and PALS certification preferred.
