They provide the theme for this year’s World Fair Trade Day today — “Fair Trade: For the Planet, For the People."
The second Saturday in May is marked as WFTD in 70 countries throughout the world. We hope that interest in fair trade in Mankato will grow to be clearly visible within the community by the time World Fair Trade Day comes around in 2009.
