In recognition: Book sale was a huge success

— The Friends of the Deep Valley Libraries spring book sale in April was a huge success. Thanks to the generosity of our community, we had a wonderful collection of books.
Our customers cleaned us out. We now have room to start over for the fall sale.
It is because of this continued support that The Friends are able to help our Blue Earth County and North Mankato libraries and complete our programs.
The people of the “Deep Valley” are constantly disproving the idea that people do not read anymore. It is wonderful to see.
Thank you to everyone who volunteered, donated and bought books.
