Agnes W. “Aggie” Smith, age 94, of Le Center, died Saturday, October 11, 2008 at St. Peter Community Hospital. Visitation will be held at the Le Center Funeral Home on Tuesday, October 14 from 4:00 – 8:00 p.m. and Wednesday, October 15 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Marysburg from 9:00 – 10:00 a.m. The funeral will be at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday at Immaculate Conception Church with the burial following at the church cemetery.

Aggie is survived by her sons, Pat (Mary Jo) Smith, Jr. of Le Center and Chris (Sallie) Smith of Madison Lake; son-in-law, John Mangan of Le Center; sister, Anna (Clarence) Manske of Madison Lake; brother, Thomas (Dorothy) Dunn of North Mankato; 10 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her husband; parents; daughters, Kathleen Smith and Mary Jean Mangan; and three sisters, Mary Dunn, Frances Connor and Kathryn Reintjes.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the Sheriff’s Youth Program.
