Good Counsel crew to help out in New Orleans

The sisters who remain at the convent will be without the assistance of Good Counsel employees during the two-week stint, so they’ll have to pitch and cover some of their regular duties, such as cleaning.

Bertrand said it’s a worthwhile price, especially if everyone has an enlightening experience.

“It’s not just about work,” she said. “It’s about experiencing the richness of the city.”
